    We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor to join our team. As an LAC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide quality care and support to individuals and families. We are agile and our goal is to provide confidential psychological services while paying close attention to details to ensure that services meet each clients' personal needs while providing the best quality of care.

    Experience

    Psychotherapy and Counseling:

    Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.

    Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

    Client Records and Compliance:

    Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

    Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    Consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.

    Supervision and Growth:

    Experience oversight from direct supervision of a qualified supervisor.

    Motivation for continued professional development and growth.

    To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

    • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation

    • Strong data collection and analysis skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    -Appraisal and assessment

    -Consulting, and referral and research activities

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
