Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) to provide early intervention services in Montgomery County.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and provide appropriate specialized therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions designed to meet the educational needs of the student, consistent with the goals contained in the Individual Education Plans (IEP).
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop IEPs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement classroom-based activities.
- Collaborate with parents in the therapy program of their child.
- Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required in accordance with federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and EI policy to include documentation of the need for equipment and materials.
- Must have knowledge of ABA principles and experience creating PBSPs based on results for FBAs
- Must have experience working with behaviors in a school-based setting with preschoolers.
- Experience working in Early Intervention and being part of IEP teams and meetings preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum one year experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in a school-based setting
- Master's in ABA or related behavioral field
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
- Experience in applied behavior analysis highly preferred
- Crisis Intervention training preferred
- Able to problem solve and work effectively with others
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Completion of criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and FBI clearance, with clearance approved; Professional Liability Insurance required with required limits; Certifications in CPR/First Aid
