Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Saint Louis and Farmington, Missouri. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and implement evidence-based interventions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor: Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior clinicians.
Client-Centered Care: Conduct behavioral assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborative Leadership: Ensure high-quality ABA services by overseeing treatment fidelity and guiding a team of therapists.
Family Empowerment: Provide caregiver training and support to help families implement strategies at home.
Professional Development: Stay up to date with ABA trends, participate in ongoing training, and fulfill Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, including expertise in ABLLS/VB-MAPP assessments and behavior intervention plans.
Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing; supervisor training (8 hours) completed or in progress.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as travel may be required.
