    Job Summary Midwest Center for Hope & Healing (MCHH) is actively seeking an accomplished and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) to enrich our dynamic team. We invite therapists to apply who are committed to a caseload of 10-20 hours per week. Candidates willing to accommodate daytime, evening and weekend hours will be regarded favorably. Our practice offers both in-person and telehealth opportunities, ensuring flexibility for both therapists and clients.     Responsibilities

    Perform intake assessments

    Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

    Create individualized treatment plans for each client

    Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

    Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.

    Perform regular wellness checks

    Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

    Qualifications

    Possession of a master’s degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related fields.

    Licensing credentials in one of the following: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT.

    minimum of 1-year clinical client experience.

    Proven experience in working with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

    Eagerness and motivation to engage in ongoing continuing education to remain at the forefront of the latest research and evidence-based therapeutic methods.

    A deep passion for delivering outstanding therapy to high-functioning clients in a supportive, compassionate, and respectful manner.

    Availability and willingness to participate in weekly group meetings and supervision sessions, either on-site or via Zoom.

    Flexibility to commit to a schedule of 10-20 clinical hours per week.

    Highly organized
