Clinical Director
Are you a compassionate leader ready to make a difference in community mental health? Join PTWMSI as the Clinical Director, where you’ll oversee clinical services, ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, and support our programs, including the Free-Standing Clinic. This role is hands on and integral to our mission of empowering individuals and families through innovative mental health and social services. You’ll work closely with leadership and program managers to drive clinical excellence and improve the lives of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & Quality Care: Lead clinical operations, ensure evidence-based services, and oversee program effectiveness. Provide guidance to clinical staff and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
Training & Supervision: Support staff growth through training, supervision, and development programs. Manage internship partnerships and represent PTWMSI in community engagement activities.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grant requirements. Prepare for audits, monitor documentation standards, and support budget management.
Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, leadership team, and Medical Director to drive clinical strategies and solve complex challenges.
Clinical Duties: Serve as a behavioral health consultant within the DC MAP program, providing tele-health services, crisis intervention, case management, and integrated care.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field.
Licensure: Active LICSW required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role and 3 years in direct behavioral health care. Experience in managing clinical operations preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and quality improvement processes.
