Responsibilities

Conducting assessments and administering tests to evaluate mental health conditions

Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues

Provide diagnosis based on assessments, testing, and evaluation

Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis

Writes reports on clients and maintains required paperwork

Maintain expertise in neurodevelopmental issues and various approaches

Coordinate care with other treatment professionals

Participate in clinic meetings and trainings

Job Qualifications

Licensed psychologist in state of Indiana Required

Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology

3-5 years of related experience in psychology

Experience with State compliant disability assessments - Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques and a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong familiarity with neurodevelopmental and trauma-related disorders

Demonstrated ability to operate within ethical and professional standards of care

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
