Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing comprehensive mental health services and values autonomy in their clinical practice. CDCW psychologists can develop areas of expertise, perform psychological and neuropsychological assessment, supervise graduate students, and can manage their own schedule. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse diagnoses and gain experience in various therapeutic modalities. Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, family, and couples and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
Represent yourself and CDCW in a positive, professional light in the community and with other professionals.
Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, including psychological and neuropsychological testing.
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards using a state-of-the-art EMR and billing program.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois. Post-doctoral candidates will be considered.
Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
Interest in psychological and neuropsychological testing is a plus.
