Job description

ENSPIRE Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist for our Hammonton, NJ office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals who experience varying levels of mental, emotional and behavioral concerns or challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups

Advocates for clients by providing education and support to navigate mental health systems and community resources.

Develops, coordinates, and collaborates with clients to create a clinical treatment approach and plan to address the client’s presenting mental health conditions.

Maintains appropriate documentation of all client contacts, consultations with other professionals, and documents any changes to treatment plan

Submits required documentation within established timeframes, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Requirements:

Compassionate approach towards patient care, with a commitment to improving mental health outcomes.

Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with the latest clinical practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of psychological assessment tools

Qualifications:

Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in New Jersey

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an outpatient mental health setting.

Hold own malpractice/liability insurance

Location: Hybrid

Pay: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
