    Position Overview:

    The LCSW will provide critical behavioral health services during state-declared emergencies, working in settings including Medical Special Needs Shelters (MSNS), Points of Dispensing Sites (PODS), urgent care centers, and Temporary Medical Operation Staging Areas (TMOSA).

    Qualifications:

    • Licensure: Active LCSW license in any U.S. state
    • Experience: 1+ years in clinical social work or behavioral health required
    • Technical Skills: Mental health assessments, crisis intervention, counseling, case management
    • Soft Skills: Empathy, active listening, cultural competence, crisis management

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments
    • Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling
    • Develop and implement treatment plans
    • Coordinate care with medical teams
    • Connect patients with community resources
    • Document services and maintain records
    • Provide trauma-informed care
