Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Position: The LCSW provider supports patients dealing with personal challenges like mental illness, addiction, and abuse. We are committed to helping our community diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions to foster strong, mentally healthy communities. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $70,000-$80,000 Salary Depending on Experience
• Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
• Long & Short Term Disability
• 4 Weeks of PTO
• 5 Days Of CME, $2,500 for CME

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) From an Accredited Institution
• Active Social Work License in Florida
• Current BLS Certification
• Two Years of Experience in Resource Coordination and Counseling Within Community Healthcare Settings Preferred
• Experience With Epic EMR Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday 7am – 7pm (Flexible)
• Tuesday – Friday 7am-4pm
• Outpatient Setting
• No Weekends
• Working With Children Through Adults
