We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team full-time. If you’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients managing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts as needed.

Facilitate client referrals to community resources, support systems, and additional services.

Participate in ongoing professional development and team training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting.

Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
