Bridges Healthcare is a telehealth platform that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals and families. We are expanding our network of licensed providers and looking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the state of Florida. Providers in the Bridges network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Your role will involve working with diverse populations via Telehealth Services.

Duties -

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages

Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

Utilize coding systems to document services provided

Requirements -

Must hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC within the state of Florida

The ability to apply and receive an Indiana Telehealth Certificate for Out-of-State Practitioners or an initial Telehealth Provider Certification

Experience working with pediatric and adult populations preferred

knowledge of special education services and resources

Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Ability to provide case management services

Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions

Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

** Must possess the ability to supervise LCSWA, MSWs needing supervision or BSW interns
