JOB DESCRIPTION: Korean American Family Services (KFAM) is a non-profit organization specializing in gender-based violence, mental health, foster/adoption, and social services. KFAM is seeking a part-time (8-10 hours) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as Clinical Supervisor. The individual will provide clinical supervision to ACSW, AMFT, APCC, MSW Intern, and MFT trainees to support and help implement county/state contracted programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Provide individual supervision for clinical staff as well as crisis intervention consultation
Promote the development of clinical skills and approaches
Oversee quality of services, including accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with County/State or graduate school programs
Review and approve clinical records such as progress notes, treatment plans, diagnosis, discharge plans, etc.
Ensure quality of service through chart review, program evaluations, and related activities
Support and make decisions with Program Director
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess CA BBS License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
Minimum of 2 years in providing clinical supervision
Minimum of 5 years in direct clinical services
Completion of required Clinical Supervision Certification per BBS
Child welfare/DCFS program experience/knowledge, preferred
Knowledge and/or experience in working with API community a plus
