Responsibilities: • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills Compensation: $67,000+ at plan commission
