  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Licensed Counselor (proficiency in Spanish preferred) to join our Miami, FL team at TBAC Group. Unlike traditional group psychology practices, we work in a clinic setting as full-time W-2 employees with comprehensive benefits, operating Monday through Friday without evenings or weekends. Our team of over 20 counselors fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, where we share knowledge, work together on cases, and engage in regular consultations. The full-time role includes 30 clinical hours per week, scheduled flexibly without weekend shifts. All sessions in Miami are conducted virtually, including monthly team meetings. While virtual attendance is required for monthly meetings, our office in Miami hosts mandatory quarterly team gatherings that are in person in Miami. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality mental health services to adult and child clients, being open to seeing all age groups. • Thoroughly document patient encounters and progress according to policy requirements. • Engage in monthly meetings with the Clinical Manager at your Miami location. • Attend quarterly company meetings led by the CEO. • Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow staff members. • Utilize individual strengths to enrich the quality of client care. Qualifications: • Must hold a current Florida license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. • The physical location must be Miami, FL, or within a short driving distance to attend mandatory quarterly in-person meetings. • Required to have 30 clinic hours available weekly. • Must be open to professional development and learning opportunities. • Strong interpersonal skills are essential. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. • Demonstrated dedication to providing high-quality care. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,100 yearly
