    Job Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming phone calls and greet occasional walk-in customers.

    Collect payments and assist with agency activities.

    Respond to policyholder questions and process policy changes.

    Monitor agency notifications to provide exemplary service.

    Assist with follow-up phone calls and emails for new or existing customers.

    Qualifications:

    Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Colorado is required to be considered for this position.

    Life License must be obtained within 90 days of hire (cost covered by the agency for the first licensing test).

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Compensation:

    Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour

    Compensation Flexibility: While this is primarily a non-commission role, there are additional earning opportunities for motivated individuals.

    Work Schedule:

    Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Great for someone with an insurance background that needs extra flexibility in the morning or afternoon.

    Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM to 1PM or other schedule arrangements as discussed.
