As an Insurance Customer Specialist , you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new and existing customers and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Job Responsibilities of an agency customer specialist
Provide a positive customer experience
Ensure office policies, standards, and procedures are followed to help the agency run smoothly
Assist in customer claims processing and resolution
Job Requirements of an agency customer specialist
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Highly capable of managing daily office duties
Straight-forward communicator, dependable, and motivated individual who works well independently
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs
Bilingual skills are a plus
Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus
