Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Licensed Esthetician to join our dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional skincare treatments and consultations, tailored to support patients’ dermatological needs and aesthetic goals. A deep understanding of skin health, outstanding communication skills, and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with dermatologists to deliver advanced skincare services, educate patients about proper skincare routines, and recommend suitable treatments and products. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing patients' confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional skincare consultations to assess patients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.

Perform a range of dermatological and aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures.

Collaborate with dermatologists to support medical treatments and address patient concerns.

Educate patients on proper skincare practices, tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment that adheres to all safety and hygiene standards.

Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies, products, and trends to ensure optimal patient care.

Effectively communicate treatment plans and address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Esthetician.
• Proven experience in dermatology or a related field is highly preferred.
• Expertise in advanced skincare techniques and medical-grade products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail and prioritize patient needs.
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and overall wellness.
