Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a personalized strategy aimed at increasing customer acquisition and boosting visibility for financial products and services tailored to meet clients' requirements. • Employ a variety of financial solutions including investments, life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to provide appropriate monetary recommendations to clients. • Upon fulfilling the program criteria within twelve months, candidates will be eligible to join the Associate Partner Training Program on the Partner Path. • As an Associate Partner, establish, educate, nurture, and grow a team of financial advisors. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in financial planning or advising or management, sales, or recruiting is required for the candidate. • Series 6/7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses are ideal, or a candidate with leadership experience willing to become licensed (paid) within the first 6 months. • Strong track record of client acquisition and retention. • In-depth knowledge of investment products and financial markets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; leadership skills, motivation, goal orientation, communication skills, integrity, and team spirit are essential qualities expected from the candidate. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ at plan yearly
