The Cindi A Johnson Agency Inc, an American Family Insurance agency in Longmont, CO, is looking for a Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team!

This role blends relationship-building, customer service, and cross-selling to create an impactful career path within a supportive local agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for current policyholders

Respond to service requests, process policy updates, and assist with billing or claims inquiries

Identify and offer additional coverage options to existing clients through consultative conversations

Support renewal efforts and maintain strong retention

Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals

Maintain accurate records and stay current on product offerings and coverage options

What You’ll Bring:

Active Property & Casualty license required

Insurance experience (customer service, sales, or account management) preferred

Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance license (support provided)

Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through

A client-focused mindset and a passion for helping others

Comfortable using digital tools and managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
