    Local Allstate agency is seeking a qualified sales producer professional to join their winning team. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in having unlimited income potential.     Our team members do not cold call. We provide direct inbound calls from telemarketers, warm transfers from interested consumers and unlimited high quality internet leads. We have dedicated service staff so sale producers can focus on just selling.

    Responsibilities

    Provide a positive customer experience

    Take inbound calls

    Conduct policy reviews

    Take payments

    Assist customer with onboarding of their new policy

    Look for opportunities to cross-sell and/or upgrade existing customers

    Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs

    Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties

    Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets

    Job Qualifications

    Strong interest in an insurance career

    No insurance experience required

    Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)

    Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

    Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
