Allstate agency ranked in the top 1% nationally looking for an experienced, industrious and hard-working licensed Insurance Customer Service Team Member to work in our Burleson, TX office. Our agency has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others, better the community, and provide top of industry earnings for high performing team members.
Our Customer Service Team Members consistently earn $65,000 - $70,000 per year in base salary and bonuses combined. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, address their insurance needs, generate service to sales leads, and ensure customer service satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
License: an active Property & Casualty insurance license is required
Skills:
o Minimum of 2 years prior property and casualty insurance experience
o Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency a plus
o Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals and quotas
o Proficient in multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up
o Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
o Strong negotiation skills
o Professional phone etiquette
o Proven customer service skills
o Strong problem-solving capabilities
o Works well with other employees, a team player with a positive attitude
o A genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful and coachable
o Superior ability to tactfully handle stressful situations
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
Earnings:
o $36,000/year base salary
o Earned bonus and commissions can equal an additional $30,000+/year

RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
o Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
o Proactively engage with clients to retain their business.
o Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
o Provide detailed information about insurance products and services.
o Address and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Client Retention:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
o Access client’s insurance needs and provide comprehensive coverage solutions to address all potential risks.
o Implement retention strategies to reduce client attrition.
Account Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
o Process policy renewals and ensure timely delivery of renewal notices.
o Monitor client accounts to ensure coverage is adequate and appropriate for their needs.
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales agents and other team members to provide seamless client service.
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
o Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
o Share feedback and insights to improve client service processes and policies.
