Job Description
We are looking for strong sales candidates to join our growing team. Someone who is coachable, ready to grow both personally and professionally together as a team achieve our agency goals while getting paid based on your own monthly production.
Responsibilities:
Follow proven sales track with prospects to gain their business.
Achieve 2 out of 4 daily non negotiables daily.
Work as a team to capture new business for the agency.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE either personal lines or property & casualty insurance license for PA even if Non-Residence.
1 year prior Allstate experience a plus
Be able to handle daily rejection to work towards the prospects who do say YES!
Have a proven track record of asking for the sale be ready to take and make calls day 1.
Customer friendly and enthusiastic to explain why insurance is so important.
Computer proficiency including agency management systems.

This is a remote position.
