Peak Plans LLC, a national brokerage firm, is seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Tele-Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will interact with prospective and existing customers via phone to promote, sell, and explain insurance policies that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate has effective communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a knack for closing sales in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquiring new customers in the Medicare products space through inbound calls provided by the company as well as self generated customers.
Understand customers' needs by using active listening skills to recommend suitable insurance plans.
Maximize sales opportunities using ancillary products.
Build trust and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Quality/Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and policy details in the system.
Absorb added information and have the flexibility to adapt to new processes rapidly.
Responsible for maintaining book of business and providing exceptional customer care. Will be responsible for renewing the book of business during subsequent AEPs.
Qualifications:
2 recent years' experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required.
Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment.
Broker model experience.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed.
Basic computer skills required.
Must have own equipment – computer, headset, ethernet and camera
Self- starter
Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required.
Certifications:
Active Resident Health Insurance License.
15+ non-resident state licenses preferred.
2025 AHIP Completed (certificate may be requested during interview process).
Knowledge of Contracting restrictions as related to carriers and/or previous employers (Release documentation required for candidates previously sponsored by carriers).
