Responsibilities: • Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish • Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles Qualifications: • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role • Job seekers must have an insurance license • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs • High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred Compensation: $25,000 - $50,000 earnings potential first year
