Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty • Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships by providing personalized life insurance solutions. • **Sales & Prospecting: **Generate leads, seek new clients, and maintain a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. • Product Expertise: Stay updated on life insurance products and features to provide the best advice to clients. • Client Education: Help clients make informed decisions about life insurance and financial planning. • Leadership: Mentor new agents and guide them through training for long-term success (for those interested in management roles). • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales are compliant with state regulations and maintain accurate records. Qualifications: • Candidates must have an insurance license • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • Valid state insurance license is required. • Proven track record of success in insurance sales. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Leadership skills with a desire for team growth and mentorship. • You must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: $70,000+ at plan commission
