    Job Description:

    The primary role of the licensed agent is to sell auto, home and life insurance. We also have a brokerage alliance and (if licensed) you can sell outside of MN too!

    Responsibilities

    Use a client focused, needs-based review process to educate clients and potential clients about insurance options.

    Help develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts

    Produce productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling and using referrals

    Achieve customer and sales goals

    Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

    Follow through with clients start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and all policy requirements are met

    Skills

    Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (auto, property and life)

    Proficiency to task manage follow through, follow up and multi-task

    Proven ability to crush goals

    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively

    Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long lasting relationships

    Proactive in problem solving, and ability to refer when needed

    Ability to be a self-starter and work individually as well as in a team environment

    Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written

    Assist with incoming phone calls when needed

    Consistently maintain a positive, upbeat attitude

    Required Education & Experience

    Property, Casualty insurance license is required

    Life Insurance license preferred or we will help you obtain

    High School Diploma

    Associate or bachelor degree preferred but not required

    Compensation & Benefits

    $40,000 plus commission with large incentive/performance bonus
