General Accountabilities
Compiles list of prospective clients to contact for additional business.
Contacts and qualifies prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies offered, helping protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs.
Calls on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to suggest additions or changes in insurance policies.
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage and/or cross-sell products that close gaps in coverage.
Develops and focuses on long-term relationships with clients to maintain open communications for future sales opportunities.
Builds business and personal network to foster agency growth.

Job Qualifications
Education: a high school diploma (required), college degree (preferred)
Experience: A previous role where candidate successfully developed and demonstrated the skills listed below (required). Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 1-3 years of related experience (preferred)
