As an Insurance Service Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging existing and new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and service and relationship skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.

Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.

Process policy changes and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.

Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.

Identify and qualify additional sales opportunities

Job Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.

Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain insurance license quickly.

Dependable, honest, and hardworking.

Straight-forward communicator with empathy and compassion.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs.
