Salary and Benefits
- Competitive pay range of $95,000 - $145,000 (Please see salary breakdown by licensure status below!!)

Salary range for LCSW or LMFT: $95,279 $112,093
Salary range for Licensed Psychologist: $123,389 $145,164
Responsibilities
- Oversee contract fulfillment and monitor progress on quality and care metrics and deliverables.
- Conduct monthly chart audits to ensure proper documentation and standard of care and in coordination with staff and the Q/I team.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports per contract requirements.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the staff to ensure capacity and appropriate case assignment.
- Monitor and evaluate outcome data and review information to identify strengths and address areas of improvement.
- Provide education and outreach to the community about the relationship between medical and psychological systems, and services offered by the IBH.
- Represent IBH Program and AACI with funders, and program monitors, at association meetings, and conferences.
- Provide and participate in clinical supervision, consultations, and training.
- Liaise with AACI management and staff to inform potential strategic and programmatic ideas and direction.
- Assist with grant writing and reporting as necessary for programmatic operations.
- Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered individual/group/family counseling and rehabilitation services.
- Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans.
- Document and maintain clinical records per appropriate standards and regulations.
- Facilitate integrated care with AACI programs through brief consultations and ongoing communication to coordinate care.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement processes including peer reviews, data collection, health outcomes reporting, clinical audits, and program evaluation.
- Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide officer-of-the-day support.
- Complete other duties and related projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
- Master’s level degree in social work or psychology.
- Four years or more of post-license clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models.
- One year or more of supervisory and managerial experience.
- Ability to perform the duties described above.
- Ability to lead, direct, and manage clinical staff.
- Knowledge of DSM-V criteria for diagnosing behavioral health illnesses.
- Knowledge of laws and ethical standards about clinical care.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Knowledge of Improving Mood Promoting Access to Collaborative Treatment (IMPACT) Model of Care and Managed Care Models preferred.
- Oral and written fluency in English is required; Bilingual skills in a second language (particularly Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese) are desired but not required.
