Compensation: $37,500 Annually on 30-90 day max position Responsibilities: • Generate new business opportunities, get referrals, monitor sales pipeline, and meet sales expectations • Liaise between realtors, senior MLO / mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lenders or mortgage bankers, and loan processors on behalf of the applicant as needed to assure the loan transaction is successful • Educate loan applicants about various residential mortgage loans - answer questions and provide additional information to create personal relationships • Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility • Review options with senior loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which home loan product to recommend based on the applicant’s financial status • Learn the mortgage game – Master loan products & closing techniques • Engage & convert leads – We’ll show you how to turn NOs into YESes • Close deals & make money – The more you put in, the more you earn! Qualifications: • Exceptional communications, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary • Possess the intention to complete a training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license • Experience in real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, or related fields is desired, but not required • Understanding of loan programs guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is helpful, but not required • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is desired • NMLS Licensed (REQUIRED) – Ready to hit the ground running • Confident & coachable – You take feedback & apply it fast • Sales or customer service experience?
