You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000
