We are in search of a committed team member with outstanding client service expertise. An exciting opportunity to thrive in the real estate sector with the potential to earn between $125,000 and $250,000. Key responsibilities involve proficient property listing and strategic marketing. Essential qualities include excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills. Ability to collaborate efficiently to provide top-notch services to clients. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Execute a lead generation lever daily • Conduct open houses monthly • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities • Set appointments with clients • Participate in script practice per team standards • Participate in team activities per team standards • Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner Call • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and demo marketing • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies and other listing-related activities • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers Qualifications: Skills You Have: • Team player • Licensed real estate professional • 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning based, growth-minded • Organized and tech-savvy • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues • Excellent time management skills • Keen attention to detail • Ability to establish rapport Quickly Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
