    Exciting opportunity at a prestigious clinic in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, CA for a Licensed Outpatient Therapist specializing in LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW roles. This full-time in-office position (32-40 hours) comes with a competitive benefits package. We are looking for a dedicated professional who values teamwork and collaboration. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required for the ideal candidate. Our outpatient group practice offers comprehensive support services including referrals, intake assistance, billing, and marketing support. Applicants must possess a California license and be willing to commit for at least one year, with the potential for long-term engagement in patient care. Responsibilities: • Prioritize providing a positive client experience in the office and for telehealth clients • Consult with licensed staff when necessary, including monthly consultations • Conduct monthly check-ins with all clinicians at the office • Assist in onboarding and ongoing training for new staff members • Independently problem-solve and find solutions • Be present in the office to address safety concerns, and questions, and offer consistent support • Interview potential candidates for the location when required • Communicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office supplies • Discuss clinical matters and hiring concerns with the leadership • Attend monthly Clinical consultation meetings • Have one-on-one meetings with the Clinical Leader once a month • Uphold and embody the company values, including a Growth Mindset, Work-life balance, Integrity, and trust, among others.
