Responsibilities: • Ensure a positive client experience for both in-office and telehealth clients • Collaborate with licensed staff as needed, including monthly consultations • Conduct monthly check-ins with all clinicians at the office • Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of new staff members • Independently troubleshoot and find effective solutions • Address safety concerns and questions, and provide consistent support in the office • Conduct interviews for potential candidates when necessary • Communicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office supplies management • Discuss clinical matters and hiring concerns with leadership • Attend monthly Clinical consultation meetings • Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with the Clinical Leader • Uphold and embody company values such as Growth Mindset, Work-life balance, Integrity, and trust Qualifications: • Must possess a valid California license • Experience in Military Culture is preferred • Proficient in conducting assessments and making diagnoses • Skilled in developing treatment plans • Experienced in delivering outpatient care • Willingness to work with couples is a plus • Preferably has experience with military populations • Capable of providing clinical supervision • Must be a collaborative team player • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond promptly • Strong organizational abilities are required • A firm understanding and adherence to clinical boundaries • Ready and eager to take on leadership responsibilities • Ability to address both clinical and employment-related concerns • Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture • Credentialing process requires a 3-month lead time Compensation: $55 - $70 hourly
