NO sales are required. • No "up-charging" for additional services (i.e. cupping, salt stones, etc). • All supplies provided - hydraulic tables, linens, lotions, etc... even patients! (salt stone and cupping sets in each room). • Signing Bonus - (part-time). • $32/hands-on hour as an employee, Plus gratuities. Benefits: • Paid holidays - Sat and Mon of Memorial Day and Labor Day, July 4th (depending on the day of the week), Thurs-Sat of Thanksgiving (2 days paid), Christmas (depending on what day it falls, usually 2 days paid), New Years (depending on the day of the week). • Health insurance is available for a full-time position with company contribution. Full-time is 28 hours (massage and non-massage hours combined). • Receive free 2 hours of massage per month (no need to trade). • Patient no-show policy enforced to compensate therapist for no-shows or late cancellations. • CPR recertification through AHA every 2 years in-house, private, and paid. • A supportive environment with a team of experienced therapists Responsibilities: • Provide treatment to patients using various techniques such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, facilitated stretching, sports massage, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques. • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of notes for submission to insurance carriers, with a streamlined process in place. • Maintain a professional demeanor and attire in the work environment. • Utilize provided supplies to deliver your expertise - just bring your talent! Qualifications: • Must hold a valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Colorado • Required to have current liability insurance as a Licensed Massage Therapist • Should be professional, reliable, and punctual in all aspects of the job • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic • Ability to attentively listen to patients and adapt techniques as necessary to ensure optimal service Compensation: $32 hourly
