    Job Title: Medicare Advantage Insurance Agent

    ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE A MEDICARE PART C LICENSED AGENT FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Base Salary) + Commission

    Position Overview:

    As a Medicare Advantage Insurance Agent , you will play a vital role in educating clients about their Medicare Advantage options and guiding them toward the best plans to meet their healthcare needs. You will be responsible for helping new and existing clients navigate the enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Additionally, you will engage in marketing efforts to generate leads and drive sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert guidance on Medicare Advantage plans and benefits.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs to recommend appropriate coverage options.
    • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process and provide ongoing support as needed.
    • Stay updated on Medicare Advantage products, industry regulations, and market trends.
    • Meet or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster retention.
    • Lead marketing initiatives and generate leads to grow your book of business.
    • Ensure all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Health Insurance License, with certification to sell Medicare Advantage plans.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicare Advantage or similar insurance products.
    • Proven track record of successful sales in the insurance industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
    • Knowledge of CMS regulations and compliance requirements for Medicare Advantage is a plus.
