We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent with expertise in Medicare Advantage to join our dedicated team.

    Job Description: As a Medicare Advantage Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their Medicare Advantage options and assisting them in selecting the best plans to meet their healthcare needs. You will work with both new and existing clients, providing guidance, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process. You will also engage in outreach efforts, including marketing and generating leads, to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Educate and assist clients in understanding Medicare Advantage plans and benefits.
    • Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable Medicare Advantage plans.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare Advantage products, industry regulations, and market trends.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
    • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
    • Engage in marketing and lead generation activities to increase sales.
    • Complete all required paperwork and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Health Insurance License with certification to sell Medicare Advantage plans.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Medicare Advantage or similar insurance products.
    • Proven track record of sales success in the insurance industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organization.
    • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals.
    • Knowledge of CMS regulations and compliance requirements for Medicare Advantage is a plus.
