We’re expanding at our CyFair location and are looking for full-time licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates are compassionate, solution-focused, and passionate about building strong therapist-client relationships.
We offer flexible schedules, including evening and weekend availability, a blend of in-person sessions in our beautifully decorated offices, and Telehealth options.
Who We Are: Ellie Mental Health is a growing network of therapy clinics in Texas, with locations across the country. We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy services with modalities such as EMDR and other specialties. Our clinics provide a safe-haven for therapists, emphasizing support and a positive work environment to ensure the best care for clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
Build and maintain an average caseload of 25client visits per week.
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in our community.
Submit documentation for each session and coordinate services with other professionals as needed.
Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Desired Experience:
Master's degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
Licensed or provisionally licensed with the State of Texas.
Familiarity with crisis intervention, diagnostic skills, and Electronic Health Records (Valant experience is a plus!).
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License.
