About Ellie Mental Health Ellie Mental Health is an independently owned, multi-clinic organization focused on revolutionizing mental health care. Our goal is to serve communities through therapists who engage dynamically with clients, providing exceptional care and raising awareness of the human condition. Our clinics are designed with therapists in mind, ensuring manageable caseloads and sustainability. We offer a supportive environment that nurtures creativity and provides clear pathways to leadership. If you dream of running your own clinic, find deep meaning in your work, and think innovatively, we want to meet you.
We eliminate common practice barriers such as building caseloads, identifying passion populations, patient scheduling, and billing, allowing therapists to focus on client care. Our structure reduces administrative burdens, offering a leadership-driven model that avoids overworking and burnout. Both pre-licensed and fully licensed therapists find their home with us, bringing their authentic talents to the profession.
What We Offer At Ellie, we prioritize clinician well-being with competitive compensation, quarterly bonuses, employer-sponsored benefits, paid holidays (including a personal day on your birthday), flexible work schedules, paid CEU coursework, and structured training. Centralized administrative services, technology support, referral management, and clinic case management allow therapists to focus on what they love: caring for clients. Happy therapists with sustainable caseloads provide better care, contributing to our nationwide movement to transform mental health care.
