Flourish Together Therapy is a small, private therapy practice, located in North Phoenix with an office location in Scottsdale (N Hayden Rd & E. Wilshire Dr.) Our practice treats adolescents, adults, and couples. We are a Phoenix based collective of licensed therapists dedicated to helping and guiding teens & adults by creating authentic spaces and relationships that promote healing and wellness. We are looking for licensed therapists who want to build a caseload practicing their preferred niche. We completely understand that it might be a goal of our therapists to eventually open their own practice and we want to support them in doing that. Those with current practices are encouraged to apply, no need to dissolve your current practice, as we can all coexist and cheer each other on. Flourish Together has a "treat the therapist first" mindset. We provide our therapists with autonomy and opportunities to enhance their clinical skills. • High earning potential is available, client demand is consistent, and schedules are flexible. • We withhold our emails while you are out of the office to encourage full disconnect. • All of the marketing and billing will be completed for you so that you can focus on clinical care. • Documentation is streamlined to make it efficient and quick. We currently have six licensed professional counselors (one associate licensed counselor.) We happily make ourselves available to consult with each other as needed. We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnostic evaluation as well as modalities to treat anxiety/panic disorders, mood disorders, PTSD/CPTSD, and LGBTQIA+. Our office also sees couples frequently. If you are passionate about providing quality therapy services and making a positive impact on individuals' lives, we want to hear from you. The right candidate will be able to treat patients in the office 1-2 days a week at either the Scottsdale location on Wednesdays or North Phoenix location. Some of our therapists see patients three full consecutive days, some pop in and out throughout the week for a few hours here and there, and others do a couple of half days. We get a lot of requests for in person therapy. We offer full pay transparency. A shared document will allow you to see the break down of the insurance reimbursement, how much you will receive, and how much the practice will utilize for expenses. Independently licensed therapists can earn up to 65% of all insurance and out of pocket reimbursements. Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you can make a difference in the lives of others. If you meet the qualifications and are ready to contribute your skills as a Therapist, we encourage you to apply. At this time we are not hiring associate therapists.
