Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnostic evaluation and treating various mental health conditions, including anxiety/panic disorders, mood disorders, PTSD/CPTSD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Couples therapy experience is also valued. This role offers flexibility, with options for in-person sessions at our North Phoenix and Scottsdale locations as well as telehealth services. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide therapy services to individuals and couples, addressing a range of mental health conditions. • Utilize appropriate diagnostic codes for accurate medical documentation. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. • Offer specialized care, such as EMDR, Somatic, or Brainspotting, for holistic treatment. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice policies. Qualifications: • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona. • Associate clinicians may be considered but will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be classified as a W2 employee. • 1-3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. • Ability to provide at least eight hours of in-person therapy per week. • Ability to provide a minimum of at least twelve hours of hybrid (in-person and telehealth) services per week. • Experience with trauma-informed therapy approaches. • Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation practices. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ clients. Preferred Qualifications: • Training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, or art therapy. • Familiarity with progressive therapeutic frameworks. Compensation: $87,600
