The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) / Director of Programs is a dual-role position responsible for delivering high- quality mental health services and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the organization's community behavioral health programs. This role requires a compassionate and skilled clinician with strong leadership abilities to drive program success and ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Licensure Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychiatric Nurse) in the state of Florida.
• Education Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Experience Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health settings working with Medicaid documentation. Prior experience in program management or leadership roles is preferred.
