Our practice is looking for a caring mental health therapist dedicated to providing excellent therapeutic service to our clients. You'll be in charge of doing diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, and conducting regular therapy sessions. The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of clinical experience treating mental health patients and a current Maryland clinical license (LCPC, LCSWC, LMFT, PsyD, Ph.D). Responsibilities: • Provide culturally competent mental health therapy to a minimum of 20 clients per week • Ensure timely completion of all documentation • Develop and review individualized treatment plans • Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations • Provide crisis intervention as needed • Attend Bi-weekly staff meetings • Must maintain patient privacy and HIPAA and standards at all times Qualifications: • Maryland State Licensure that is current and in good standing • Must be personable and able to work well in a team, in supervision, and in consultation with other providers • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Able to work independently, collaboratively, and flexible in adapting to new procedures • Ability to work with people from diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds.
