    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our successful agency. As a LMHP, you will tailor massage treatments to your client's individual needs and meet their target goals.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assure that all treatment plans are developed and implemented. Provide oversight and assess and coordination of all services for the LBHP recipient. This includes but is not limited to the following:

    Assurance of active recipient involvement in all aspects of care;

    Coordination and management of all services provided through the LBHP agency.

    Access and coordination of services provided through non-LBHP agencies.

    Supervise all mental health staff that serves as a member of his/her recipient’s team.

    Complete written weekly evaluations on supervised new hires.

    Complete written monthly evaluations on supervised team members.

    Complete written annual competency evaluations on supervised team members.

    Complete Quality Service contact evaluation monthly on all team members on caseload; follow up on discrepancies with recipient and team member.

    Evaluate charts of 80 percent of caseloads quarterly.

    Consult with physician, nurses and other clinic personnel and community agency personnel to develop social diagnosis and plan of treatment or service and to interpret psycho-social factors related to illness, treatment and continuity of care needs.

    Provide assistance in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary team approach to diagnosis, plan, and provide treatment.

    Assist in arranging for and coordination of delivery of services in the broader community to address continuity of care needs.

    Provide business office with all required documents of personnel records.

    Document services provided in accordance with clinical standards.

    Participate as a member of staff, work unit and/or department committee in programs and resource activities.

    Enter progress notes in Clinical Advisor within 24 hours of seeing recipient with proper documentation and appropriate signatures.

    Prints all completed progress notes weekly.

    Complete and submit all Concurrent Reports at least 10 days before the expiration of existing Prior Authorizations.

    Regulates proper usage of Prior Authorization units for all recipients.

    Provide leadership and /or assistance with all employees.

    Attend all staff meetings.

    Attend meetings and/or trainings that will benefit our company as requested by supervisor. (i.e. Magellan, community involvement, etc.)

    Return phone call and/or emails promptly.

    Follow all safety rules.

    Obtain 20 training hours as required for a full time Licensed Mental Health Professional or 16 training hours as required for a part time Licensed Mental Health Professional yearly.

    Actively participate in all evaluations conducted by our company

    Actively participate in crisis interventions.

    Has a positive attitude that is conducive to a stress-free atmosphere.

    Qualifications

    Hold current state license and liability insurance

    A Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined by the LBHP Rules

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting

    High level of ethics and integrity.
