    What Your Role Entails:

    Evaluating mental health diagnosis and implementing a treatment plan.

    Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EMR.

    A caseload of 27 client sessions per week with a 32 hour work week!

    Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.

    Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals.

    Participation in clinical staff meetings, training, and community outreach as directed by the clinical director.

    Required Qualifications:

    Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

    Candidates MUST have PA clinical license in one of the following : (LMFT , LCSW , LPC)

    Fully licensed and unrestricted

    Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes

    Looking for 3 years experience with providing mental health treatment

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

    Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

    Additional Skills:

    A creative and innovative approaches to mental health.

    Community involvement and engagement.

    General knowledge of Apple products, EMR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.

    Preferred experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families

    experience with groups is a plus

    This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.

    1:1s with the clinical director, didactics, and monthly case consultation meetings.
