    Essentially You Counseling and Wellness Services is a positive and thriving insurance-based private practice. We are seeking experienced clinicians to join our team in Bloomingdale and Bolingbrook and we need You to be a part of it! To be considered for this position you must possess active licensure in the state of Illinois and have the ability to work flexible hours. Prior private practice experience is a plus but not required. Our practice is focused on quality of care above all else and working in a collaborative manner with all team members is highly valued. Understandably, this improves care, but just as important, it also promotes an enjoyable professional environment in which we all continue to develop and grow as therapists. Responsibilities: • Provide therapy services to children, adults, and families • Conduct intake, mental health, and substance abuse assessments (as appropriate per licensure/credentials) and make appropriate referrals as necessary • Collaborate with the client's treatment team as necessary • Maintain complete and up-to-date records for all clients at all times • Attend individual supervision, team meetings, clinical consultations, and other appropriate meetings as assigned • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of your clients • Maintain appropriate licensure and continuing education requirements Qualifications: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Solid clinical judgment and decision-making skills • Solid organizational and time management skills • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (ex: Children, Teens, Trauma, Grief, etc.) • Creativity- Professionals who can find encouraging and engaging ways to address the struggles our clients face • Ability to work independently and as a team • Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Compensation: $45 - $70 hourly
