Job Summary We are seeking a licensed counselor to join our team! In this role, you will become a certified Functional Family Therapist and provide family therapy in-home or in-office in your area. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! This position allows for complete autonomy and independence - we provide the referrals and handle all the billing. You are able to schedule your clients in a time slot that works for you, you are provided 24/7 support from your clinical team and weekly supervision. It is a great way to add to your current private practice or add a few extra hours with extraordinary pay and support.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone interested in at least 15 hours week or interested in PRN work at your convenience.

Provide mental health therapy families in the family home or at your own office at least 1 time per week

Become a certified Functional Family Therapist

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Must be able to attend 2 days of initial certification in FFT done remotely.

Attend a staffing/supervision weekly

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted therapy license

Previous experience as a mental health therapist or clinical social worker preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
