Soul Space is receiving applications for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our collaborative, disciplinary healthcare team. Soul Space believes all individuals matter—that includes the clients and the staff. Ultimately, we believe that the best change in a therapeutic relationship is when both are giving their best effort. At Soul Space our team members have the flexibility to thrive, but within a structure that promotes focus on client care by providing administrative support and overseeing business-related tasks. So what exactly does that look like at Soul Space? You get to combine the flexibility of private practice, with the structure and support of a group practice. You have the freedom to create your schedule and caseload; at the same time, as a team member of Soul Space, you can stop worrying about your framework, and instead focus on client care. You can feel confident knowing the practice is familiar to the community to help build your caseload, and online marketing and office space are already set up! We get it. You want to enjoy where you work, and you want to feel that you are making a difference. Thomas Aquinas said it well, “There can be no joy in living without joy in work.” We want you to have as much joy in your life as you are bringing into your client’s lives. This is a W-2 position.
