Responsibilities: • Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals. • Client-Centered Care: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach. • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth. • Measurement-based care: Use systematic and routine client assessment to provide evidenced-based practice • Ongoing Professional Development: Enhance learning opportunities, including continuing education, advanced certifications, and clinical supervision. Qualifications: • Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field. • Licensure: Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent. • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting. • Skills: Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care. • Cultural Competence: Ability and willingness to work with a diverse population. Preferred Qualifications: • Specialized Certifications: CBT, EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, or similar. • BLS Certification • Ability to work in a supervisory capacity Compensation: $72,480 - $90,000 yearly
