Strive Counseling and Consulting offers both! Strive Counseling and Consulting Services is an expanding mental health private practice with two locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, and currently serves the needs of children, teens, adults, and couples. We are a team holistic and integrative minded clinicians, treating the whole person in order to heal both body and mind. We are currently seeking talented, creative, and passionate clinicians to join our team (Phoenix Office). Fully licensed and associate-licensed clinicians are welcome to apply. We love working with associate-licensed clinicians and provide clinical supervision to those who need it. The position involves conducting diagnostic intakes, providing outpatient therapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating care across providers, and completing documentation. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be in a private practice setting without having to worry about the business side of things. We are currently looking for someone who can commit to at least 3-4 days per week with a willingness to build to a full time caseload. All days, weeknight evenings, and weekend hours are available. You will have full control of the days you work and when you are available for clients. We will help you build a caseload that fits with your specialty and desired scope of work. All candidates need to be willing to participate in growing client caseload, and understand that work will increase over time, but will not begin with an immediate full caseload. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 9 months to get you to your desired caseload. This is a W2 position where everyone starts part-time with a per-session, flat hourly rate, and will build into a full-time salaried position over time. Salary and benefits start at 16 hours per week, and full health benefits are offered at 20 hours per week. We aim for a 4-day work week, and also have online-hybrid options available! While independent licensure is preferred, supervision is available for associate-level candidates with the appropriate training and experience. Benefits: • Medical/Dental/Vision, and life insurance • Paid sick time • 7 annual paid holidays • PTO- vacation • CEU stipend • Malpractice insurance covered • Paid marketing (Psychology Today profile, etc.) • Flexible schedule (with minimum clinical load) • Fun, supportive, and professional team atmosphere • Assistance in marketing and advertising to build a caseload • Credentialing and billing services provided • Regular consultation and ongoing learning opportunities • High-quality supervision is provided if associate-level • Opportunities to create your own unique offerings, groups, and workshops • We provide an electronic health record for all your documentation that is simple and facilitates efficient documentation Responsibilities: • The therapist would be responsible for clinical assessments, diagnosing, treatment planning, providing evidenced-based treatment, discharge planning, and clinical documentation for assigned clients • The practice will take care of all administrative and billing tasks, so you can focus on your clinical work Qualifications: • Must Have A Current License To Practice In Arizona • Current State of Arizona license as an LCSW, LMSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD • Willing to build up to a full time direct client hours per week (20+) • Preferred: Prior private practice experience • Prior credentialing with insurance panels is a plus, but not required • Willingness to become credentialed with at least one insurance panel • We want to talk to you if you work with a specific demographic or have specialized training (working with trauma, children, and couples is in High demand- EMDR or IFS training highly preferred) • Please do not apply if you do not have an Arizona license!!!!! **** Skills needed: • Solid clinical diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills • Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration • Organizational skills and ability to manage client records • Self-discipline and ability to set priorities in regard to documentation • Comfort with electronic records and the use of technology • Must show certificates of training if you specialize in certain areas • We do not work with AHCCCS plans Compensation: $50 hourly to start
